The preprinted totes from June Tailor includes material for 3 totes!
After you piece this, you attached it to the pre-printed binding meaning you'll just need to add binding at the end!
First you will spray baste your batting to your fabric. You can use pins, but the spray basting will hold it better.
You can either use 1/4 of print fabric per bag, or you can piece the bag using jelly rolls.
Courtenay uses a regular foot - she didn't need her walking foot for this one! (you could add one if you have trouble.)
After you sew the fabric to the batting, trim the excess away.
Double check your pieces to make sure they'll roll back to fit the stripe. Things can be a little tricky when you're on the bias.
Finger press your seams - don't use an iron as it may shrink your batting up a bit.
Be careful with the bias binding not to pull it too much or it will end up out of shape.
Courtenay's tip: If your friends complain about the binding, they need more wine!
