If you want to purchase labels rather than make your own there are both subscription options, and single purchase - both customizable for whatever you want. If you'd like a subscription, Erica recommends Sweetwater Tagged. If you'd like to purchase a one off label, try Etsy!
In terms of attaching labels to quilts, there are two methods. You can use a fusible backing to attach your label to the back of your quilt, and then use a decorative stitch to sew it down. Or you can purchase or make foldable labels which can be sewing into the binding of your quilts.
