First you're going to take one light square (from your Charm Pack) and one of your medium and dark squares (those measure 4.5" x 4.5"). Cut the medium and dark squares in half corner to corner. Finger press your light square both directions to create marks at the center of each side. Do the same with your triangles and add them to the edges of your square (creating a square in a square block!). Trim the final block to 7" x 7".
Misty did make 4 blocks using Cuddle Minky as a center square. She added a bit of stabilizer to the back, and then assembled as she did the other blocks. The only modification is that she didn't iron the Cuddle, she just finger pressed those seams open really well.
The final unit you'll need to complete this block is to create Flying Geese units from your snow yardage, and one square in each of your light and dark fabric. Take care to arrange the medium and dark colored fabric to match your previous blocks.
Then it's time to layout the quilt. Each row will be offset by your flying geese unit at either the beginning or end.
Enjoy!
