Kate's tips for this easy to sew padded sleeve:

1. You may need additional fabric if your device is larger than the one in the pattern. Measure your device and fill in the chart included in your pattern. Also choose Portrait or Landscape orientation (especially if you're using directional fabrics). Make all notes and adjustments before you cut!

2. This is a great project for leftovers or smaller pieces of fabric!

3. Customize your sleeve with optional hardware including snaps or a labels.

4. Remember as you're sewing to leave a portion open to turn pieces right side out!

5. If you'd like depth and shape in your pocket, fold a small pleat at the bottom corners of the pocket.

6. Trim excess foam away from the edges to reduce bulk when sewing.
