June Tailor makes sewing projects easy! Her insulated lunch box kit includes everything you need to make the lunchbox except the fun fabrics.

The kit includes a Zippity-Do-Done zipper (available in a variety of colors) that already has a casing attached. Just slide your fabric inside, sew your seam and you're good to go.

Your batting is pre-printed with all your shapes and instructions, so there's no measuring and sewing is easy-peasy. And the batting is special insulating batting, meaning your food will stay warmer or cooler that with regular batting.

You'll also be quilting as you go - sewing your fabric directly to the batting and then lining all your seams up. This means there's no extra finishing!

If you'd like to use a fun novelty print for your lunch box, go for it! Just be aware that if you're going to use a directional print, you'll want to purchase a little extra fabric so you can be sure to get all the pieces in the correct direction. Have no fear - there won't be extra fabric because Liz will also show you a great modification that will add a pocket!
