Video Transcript
1. This block has a few names - a little like a Granny Square but instead it's an Album block!
2. This one is fun to make scrappy, or make it a bit more color coordinated - whatever you want!
3. Chain piece as much as you can. Take all your pieces for each row over to the machine and lay them out in the pattern. Sew seams at 1/4". Press towards the dark fabric.
4. Once all your rows/strips are sewn, fold each in half and finger press to create creases. Then join your rows aligning those center creases. Sew just a bit past the ends of shorter fabric as you complete the rows.
5. When the block is completed, press however you wish - seams to one side, open, etc.
6. Now rotate the block and it's time to trim it down. The easiest way to get it oriented is to use a square ruler and line it up on your points.
